Pros
Good work life balance because staff are too disengaged to work late
Cons
Staff are treated appallingly by a company that claims to have 'values'. The Rank values are farcical and non-existent. It doesn't matter how good you are at your job or how much you put in to your role, you will only survive the constant restructures if you have friends in high places. The turnover of staff is ludicrously high, it is a revolving door. People have been restructured so many times that they have no idea what their remit actually is. Morale is at rock bottom. The company is undergoing transformation which means costs are constantly being stripped out of the business. Everyone is expendable and people are cast aside in a brutal fashion. Do yourself a favour and find a job elsewhere. Waiting to see if the next casualty will be you is a horrible way to live. I am very happy I no longer work there. Plus gambling is an awful sector which profits from people's misery and feeds addiction. There are plenty of other jobs, you really don't need one here.
