Bad culture - Software Engineer Rapyd Employee Review

Hi Former Rapyder. Thanks for sharing your views. Rapyd takes a lot of pride in our culture and work environment. It's a key reason we are one of the fastest-growing Fintech startups in the world. But, our fast-paced and high-intensity work environment might not suit everyone perfectly. Due to the global nature of our work we certainly do work longer hours sometimes. That's why we are constantly checking in on our teams to understand how they are doing through things like companywide employee satisfaction surveys, 1:1 with HR at least quarterly, town halls with open and anonymous Q&A and fireside chats with our global executive team. As a result, the vast majority of our employees are happy to work at Rapyd. In our most recent employee satisfaction survey 94% of our staff in Tel Aviv indicated that overall they were happy to work at Rapyd, and 86% said their managers visibly demonstrated a commitment to quality. Despite these great results, we continue improving and launched a mentorship program among many other initiatives to improve satisfaction and overly professionalism.
