Fraud Conpany. Will give you some points, decision is yours. 1. They will create your fake resume for their clients and ask you to appear for interview with their client. So basically, they interviewed you and you are selected, again their client will interview you for project. If you're not selected in 5 interview, they will ask you to leave. 2. If you're fresher of batch 2016 and joined as newbie in 2019, they will ask you to show experience from 2016 in the fake resume which they sent to their clients. If you're experienced then they will ask you to mention American Express, Bank Of America to your resume then you can to rawmind. This will help them to get high money from client. Even, they will force you to change your linked in and other social networking sites. 3. They will ask about all your work related to your previous organization, even your projects. If you deny, they will say you're working for them and it's your prime responsibility to every every detail including project detail. 4. Let's talk about work, bhai tumhe kutta bna denge. They will ask you to bark, you have to bark and all. 5. All fraudulent activities take place here, from fake resume to fake bond papers, everything. If you realise your mistake and ask to leave, they will ask to pay 60k or else you will file suit ( legal notice) to you.

They will not let you sit in peace even for a second.

There are so many Cons for this company that this text space is not enough for it. Still I will share some. 1. Fraud company. They create fake resumes for clients and even train their employees to lie everything that has been changed on their resumes. 2. Management is not at all helpful. They will treat you like a dog. If you don't do what they say you to do, they will take it on their ego and then will show you their true side. You will not be able to survive after that. 3. No rules and regulations. They will not even accept the points that are mentioned in your offer letter. You will have to fight for everything. 4. If you want a single leave, they will be after your life. Unethical management. 5. Management people will peep in your laptop throughout the day to check what you are doing. In short, I would not recommend anyone to join this company. Join on your own risk.
