There are so many Cons for this company that this text space is not enough for it. Still I will share some.
1. Fraud company. They create fake resumes for clients and even train their employees to lie everything that has been changed on their resumes.
2. Management is not at all helpful. They will treat you like a dog. If you don't do what they say you to do, they will take it on their ego and then will show you their true side. You will not be able to survive after that.
3. No rules and regulations. They will not even accept the points that are mentioned in your offer letter. You will have to fight for everything.
4. If you want a single leave, they will be after your life. Unethical management.
5. Management people will peep in your laptop throughout the day to check what you are doing.
In short, I would not recommend anyone to join this company.
