Pros
Excited to work on building something that really helps companies grow their revenues and communicate better with customers. This year is especially exciting as we get to work on tying all pieces of our solutions together as we grow into a larger platform. We had to adjust a lot going through these economy times, but I am proud that the team kept focused and did not let any noise get in the way.
Cons
We move fast and as with many startups our documentation is not the best but after the former CFO really messed things up, I can see the hard things that management has had to do to get us back in a strong place.
