I’ve been at RealScout for about 1.5 years and what has stood out most is the genuine investment leadership makes in everyone's growth. If you’re interested in expanding your skill set and taking on new responsibilities, leadership is supportive and proactive about helping you get there. I’ve had the opportunity to grow in areas I’m personally passionate about, and that growth hasn’t just been personal, it’s translated into real impact on the company’s overall trajectory. Leadership creates space for you to lean into your strengths in ways that meaningfully drive the business forward. The growth opportunities are significant, especially if you’re motivated and willing to take initiative. RealScout moves quickly, which creates space to build, experiment, and shape strategy. Leadership genuinely wants what’s best for team members, and you feel that through mentorship, transparency, and the willingness to invest in your development. Everyone at RealScout is collaborative, very customer-focused, and pushes each other to continuously improve and innovate. I don't have any cons from my own experience, but like most fast-moving tech companies, it requires adaptability and a willingness to grow alongside the business.

RealScout is a company that truly believes in empowering their employees. I started almost 4 years ago and from the start they have treated me well. It is cliché to say but I truly feel everyone at RealScout is a family that really care about each other. I have had a few emergencies and I have always been given grace and understanding. RealScout understands and means it when they say they believe in work-life balance. Outside of that, RealScout has great opportunities for growth. I initially started as Member Success Coach but throughout my years and putting in the effort I am now a Customer Success Manager.

I sincerely have not had any cons with RealScout, best company I have ever been a part of.
