- Employees lack a safe outlet to confront company related issues due to a lack of HR presence internally primarily because of inexperience and inter office relations between managers.
- Employees work long hours and come close to sleeping in the office on a regular basis, which is expected amongst a passionate group of individuals working at an early stage start up. Unfortunately, if you are unwilling to make this a regular part of your lifestyle you may be deemed a "poor culture fit," which has lead to termination for several employees. This company is not family friendly or respectful of employee's work/life balance.
- Extremely high turnover rate on the sales team (AEs get approximately six weeks with little to no training to hit quota before being terminated).
- Constant issues with payroll during growth period (checks regularly over/under). The company does have a new CFO so those issues should clear for good in the very near future.
