      Pros

      Concept seems ok but there is a lot of competition. Real Studios team a good bunch of guys who work hard and long hours.

      Cons

      A family run business also employing friends which sets the culture and environment. Oversell the role. If this is your first job you will know no different but you are treated like a factory hen. The work is tedious and boring which makes for very long days. Very little interaction with each and only times you get up is to go to the bathroom or get a drink. They block out more than half of the year so you can’t go on leave! Says a lot about a place when they pester their staff to write positive reviews online to attract future staff.

      Thank you for your review. We are very sad to hear that your experience was so poor as we try our best to make sure everyone feels like they fit in. We have a great team and and have great relationships with them (which is why it may feel like they are family/friends). Reading this review it sounds like this person worked in our studios team but we haven't had anyone leave in a very long time and definitely not on bad terms. A lot of this information is misleading or outdated and being anonymous means it is very hard to validate.

      Pros

      I have been able to influence and have several successful outcomes in various areas of the business. I have been empowered to take initiative and create my own role.

      Cons

      Have had to wear many hats at some points, and the job role can change suddenly.

      Pros

      Employees are not hired to do a specific job, but rather become part of the team. Always working on new projects and learning a new skill each and everyday. Open floor to suggest new ideas & features to improve the business Work environment couldn't be better, especially with our full time well-being officer Storm running around the office Been here for 1.5 years and amazed how fast the company is growing. Really excited to see where we are in another 1.5!

      Friday afternoon beers should always be on the corporate account No bean bags
