      Staff sometimes had to stay longer without being paid for it.

      - Free coffee - Good teammates

      Cons

      - Parking was a problem - Not paid overtime work - No time to finish, you finish when the products ordered are ready for the next day. - You have to be multitask as there was not enough people for doing all the tasks.

      Pros

      Concept seems ok but there is a lot of competition. Real Studios team a good bunch of guys who work hard and long hours.

      Cons

      A family run business also employing friends which sets the culture and environment. Oversell the role. If this is your first job you will know no different but you are treated like a factory hen. The work is tedious and boring which makes for very long days. Very little interaction with each and only times you get up is to go to the bathroom or get a drink. They block out more than half of the year so you can’t go on leave! Says a lot about a place when they pester their staff to write positive reviews online to attract future staff.

      Thank you for your review. We are very sad to hear that your experience was so poor as we try our best to make sure everyone feels like they fit in. We have a great team and and have great relationships with them (which is why it may feel like they are family/friends). Reading this review it sounds like this person worked in our studios team but we haven't had anyone leave in a very long time and definitely not on bad terms. A lot of this information is misleading or outdated and being anonymous means it is very hard to validate.
