Pros
Being part of a great QA team that helps and looks out each other is such a pleasure. There is great communication between all of the testers and we have been able to deliver the highest quality work across multiple projects.
Cons
A recent change of leadership has drastically impacted the department. A lack of communication and changes to working arrangements with little to no notice has caused morale to plummet and this is just one of many concerns that we have had. There is just flat out refusal from management to put anything down in writing now and this never used to be the case. When trying to bring up concerns we are told that this is just how things are now and that they are willing to lose staff over this, which includes a lot of long serving employees.
