-Upper management is so unforgivably bad its funny, they do nothing for anything on the game, -Rec rooms "Community Teams" are hell on earth 18 yr's who have absolutely no work experience, and they control the whole game moderation. Or lack there most of the in-office devs fix the slop that they do. -The making of Rros always ends up in development hell, etc, Survive the night (make it to midnight) and my little monsters most devs do nothing all day. -Devs who have been there since 2016, have the biggest ego and still do nothing to help you with any issues you have, -This job will kill you from the inside. -The QA team is a joke. they never find bugs before ships but yet somehow some guy finds a game-breaking bug within 2 minutes with the update being out lol. -They still haven't made a component anti-cheat, and cheat engine "skids" are still rampant they still cope by saying "The hacking problem isn't that bad it's just a few people on PC" While true still doesn't excuse the fact that they haven't updated it since 2019 -this company sucks,
