Pros

When joining Red Box I was decided nervous in joining, however this was quickly eased by senior members of staff and the HR team. I have found whilst working at Red Box for 2 years the improvments that management are making have had a positive effect. The environment can be busy at times but I found this challenge a reward at the end of the week knowing that I have contributed to the business. On this I have found the business very transparent and good at communicating its goals in monthly updates held by the executives where you can have open discussions on the way things are going. I have found my time at Red Box rewarding and have enjoyed the challenges that any IT business encounters at this time.

Cons

Distance from home can be daunting, however I knew this when excepting the role, but unlike other business's they understand that their is a balance between work and family and are quick to help if a need arises without the usual politics that surrounds leave for family reasons. They have gone above in terms of helping when I needed support and helped out even with counselling for the whole family during a trying period for us.

Pros

Decent salary and commission plan. The core platform is reliable. However, the QM /WFO functionality has to be developed further for a mainstream contact center.

Cons

My position was misrepresented during the interview process. Additionally, alleged reseller agreements, pricing, territory , ramp time and annual quota were completely different than what was agreed upon. Please be honest with your new hires!!!
