Pros
Overall had a very positive experience at Havas Red in Sydney - felt like a strong team, as long as you were in with the right people. Took about a year to feel fully settled but otherwise was able to really grow in my career, quickly too.
Cons
Whilst I was there, senior management changed three times, however, believe this has been pretty consistent since then.
