It is great to hear that you were happy with the work life balance with Red River.
In recognition of employees across the company, we give out our Rock the Red (peer recognition awards) and our Impact (management nomination) awards throughout the year. Our annual corporate awards include the Customer Service Award, Rising Star Award, Philanthropic Award, and the Resilience Award, to name a few. We also utilize our intranet site to cover stories on employees that participate in charitable work, celebrate momentous anniversaries and get promoted. These are just a few of the ways we look to celebrate all our employees on an ongoing basis.
In regards to integration and tools, over the past year we have reduced the number of systems we work across to assist in collaboration. We continue to work on alignment and consolidation where it makes business sense to do so.
