While we respect your perspective, we want to point out that we have continued bring on great initiatives to the benefit of our team members including, a trust and will benefit, diversity and inclusion trainings, employee resource groups, and a sustainability employee group as well. Important programs such as our community service and anniversary awards program continue to focus on the values that drive Red River.
Our teams work hard and the company is growing very quickly and hiring new team members on to keep pace with business need. This does result in the company changing from how it used to be in years past. However, we believe that this growth process is beneficial and not only creates new jobs, but more opportunities as well. We certainly value all of our team members, and are sorry to hear that does not match your perspective.
