      Pros

      People are super nice. Good exposure to leadership. Creative ideas and thoughts are appreciated and represented. Good amount of vacation time and holidays.

      Cons

      Pay isn't the best and parental leave benefits are pretty minimal. Not a ton of room to move up when it's a smaller company.

      Pros

      Make your own hours, unlimited movie watch, company car, gas card, issued tools, job training excellent, & coworkers were amazing.

      Cons

      Working in cold weather, rude customers over movies, traffic, and went bankrupt & closed.
