Pros

Good at making its own compounds; competitive pay package

Cons

Poor at doing studies because most of its marketed drugs relied on external partners (Bayer, Sanofi, etc) to perform the studies with compounds that Regeneron made, so the company is lacking in either expertise or a culture to perform studies itself for its size. Because of the partnership it also makes decisions more complicated since now another company will have a say. Demanding in work hours and pace for industry standards with not much personal touch to treat employees as humans. For the short term it's going to be fine; but it will probably have growing pain soon in the future.

Amazing Work culture as well as Guidance.

Cons

Work as an intern is very repetitive unless trying to expand and work on other project.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

Cons

If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
