It's a grand place to work. Good pay. Good co-workers. Good opportunity for progression. Good overtime opportunities. Good shift rotation (2 days, 2 nights - 4 days off).
Cons
Management styles vary greatly from disconnected managers to micromanagers. Poor employee moral. Big blame culture. Strict policies, and progressively getting worse. Huge staff turnover. Hard to book holidays (minimal amount of people allowed off at a time). No team building activities. Maybe 1 or 2 staff nights out a year.
