      There are no pros. Nothing.

      Cons

      There is no training at all. Its absolutely pathetic. They will expect you to do self learning. Co-workers are least supportive. Racism exists. Clients leave the kitchen and the rooms in a absolute filth and you are expected to clean that every now and then.

      Poor leadership Shady sales and predatory contracts Lack of employee appreciation and borderline shady tactics against employees They move you around unwillingly Forced to be the bad guy Zero accountability from leadership Poor IT and Corporate response time
