-It's hard to reach team members on "work from home" days and it makes for such an uncollaborative experience.
-The Chief People Officer is rarely at the office and is very mixed in their messaging on WFH and office schedules. Certain individuals get to Work From Home all week long, while others are required to be at the office 2 to 3 times per week. It's scattered and inconsistent with how they explain what the expectations are. It's disorienting.
-Atlanta is an incredible city with so many thriving fin-tech companies and a variety of different start ups to be a part of.
-Relay, however, doesn't seem like one that is worth spending your time at.
