There are so many good things to say about this company. The poor reviews on here are not accurate. Management has been nothing but supportive, attentive, and genuine. Growth opportunity here is great. Many of my colleagues have been promoted and I don’t see that stopping anytime soon. You are recognized for doing great work. You’re held accountable (which isn’t even a con). It’s a sales role - if you do your job you won’t have any issues. If you can’t or don’t do your job - what do you expect?
