'Culture' is Awful - Anonymous employee ReluTech Employee Review

We are always looking to grow and improve our business to increase our employee’s satisfaction, and we value authentic feedback on personal experiences. We are disappointed to hear that management didn’t fit your liking. We would love more clarification on this so we can better understand how we could have improved in that regard - specifically what you mean by not liking your manager and in what ways you would have preferred to be managed. One of our values is Winning Together, and we live by that value with our employees by providing them the support they need from their managers. We apologize we fell short during your experience here at ReluTech, and would still love to learn more about how we could have adapted to your needs. We are unsure as to when you previously worked here, as we have invested in LinkedIn Recruiter for our employees for over two years and is one of the best tools that we have when finding top talent for ReluTech and our customers. We would also like to thank you for pointing out this is a good place for a young professional to learn. We have worked hard in creating effective training programs for our employees who are looking to jump start their career in sales, and we are continuously developing that program to be even more effective for the next groups joining our ReluTech family.
