Pros
The people, hands down. The energy and culture at ReluTech that I've experienced in my short time already have exceeded my expectations. The people here are some of the nicest people I have come across. This is a company that prides itself on the people that it brings in, and it shows. If you want to enjoy where you work and the people you work with, this is the place to be.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of one. The only issue was that onboarding was a little slow but that was only due to the company being remote because of the covid pandemic, but that wasn't even a big issue at all, being able to work from home during the pandemic has been great, and we will soon be back in the office now that most of the office has been vaccinated!
