      - products are good - certain positions provided with work truck

      Cons

      - never managements fault - always fighting for your job - friends get promoted over hard workers - customer is never right - poor attention to employee details (pto requests, bonus payouts) - over paid management, underpaid employees - managers retaliate against employees looking for pay raises, promotions - very high medical - poor workplace moral - sketchy business practices - constant layoffs monthly for a small company - bonuses aren’t tracked/ go missing without any review

      Training is well executed - however not complete when you begin appointments. Leads provided. They feed you

      Only a few reps are making money, and they continue to get the prime leads- creating a situation where you have no chance to ever make the monies mentioned in interview. How you get paid is not explained - lots of hoops to jump thru. Leads are inconsistent , 70% not qualified to purchase this very expensive product. Ownership does not understand the market .
