Pros
The only benefactor in working for Republic is the wealth of experience gained. I was trained on multiple aircrafts and for multiple airlines. The flight crews were family, especially during crew scheduling nightmares. Training was awesome! The OE's were great! Line growth was fast. The hotel accommodations were acceptable; sometimes outstanding.
Cons
They taught me that the business is a great fit for me, but I don't fit their business. True, training was awesome, however it would serve Inflight Services well to place those training personalities in the crew bases. For the record, base supervision SUCKED in PIT! Yet because he/she was well connected, obvious issues were blown off. There was a blatant disdane for diversity and the lack of support from our " Union friends " seemed to endorse the lack thereof. The cost of uniforms, union dues and crash-pads, out weighed my take home pay. Saw no financial leverage.
