Pros
Complex product with lots to learn, lots of room for improvement, lots of backlog items and enhancements to work on. The people are friendly, especially those that have been there a while. Good compensation for Dallas area and benefits are very good. They are not afraid to hire the top tier of developers but have a hard time keeping them.
Cons
Leadership seems to change course every 3 months after each board meeting. Many objectives have been started and then abandoned. Nearly every SVP from every department has been hired/fired within a year. 40% of the Dallas software staff (mostly experienced developers) have exited, most after less than a year. People at both the worker level and SVP level have been thrown under the bus/fired and then employees are told they resigned. Not enough women in development and leadership roles. HR has been informed of issues with management in IT but has not made necessary changes.
