Great culture. Flexible work (can be fully remote). The products actually make the world better. The core business is highly effective. Access to best-in-class technologies.
Cons
There are a lot of poisoned chalice projects - projects that are either bad ideas that should have been smothered from the start, or good ideas that are poorly supported by those assigning them. In such cases, good people become tainted by bad projects and either quit or become redundant.
