      Pros

      I love my job at ResMed. It is an environment full of highly motivated, highly intelligent, highly engaged individuals who work together to create amazing products. Professionally it is a challenging place to work where boundaries are pushed and you are given the opportunity to grow and learn every day.

      Cons

      There doesn't ever seem to be a lull as the flow of work and projects is continuous which can cause fatigue and burn out.
