      Good atmosphere, minimal micromanagement, salary, decent amount of paid time off every year, free cell phone, free coffee and snacks, very good benefits.

      Cons

      Outbound robodial sales calls, very little training, unrealistic targets, very confusing management structure, competitive schedule bidding

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
