Horrible - Driver Resmed Employee Review

Management is not well trained. All the people in management all one race or friends . Only one Afro American. Very hostile environment due to young I knowledgeable leads and management. Very bias place if you are Afro American. Rules change by the day no structure, no standard. If you’re Hispanic though great place because they will Promote you with out even having to know anything. They don’t have production standards or tracking but will terminate you for poor productivity. With no record of production. Pay is low too not even fair place to work .
