      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance Great managers who listen to the employees. Regular team engagment if willing. Excellent nature campus, gym and cafe. Location is far away from CBD but no problem if living around.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
