Pros

-Work Life Balance compared to other remote call centers but a lot of it is what you expect. -Compensation is about what the minimum should be to survive in the current climate. -Networking and connections.

Cons

-Paid less in Canada then the US for the same role and responsibilities. -Bloated Management with a few gems. -Lack of Growth Opportunities. -Received no specific information regarding why employees were let go. Layoffs were not based on performance so selection seemed random or based on certain criteria not being met from employees files.

Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

Cons

The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.

Management has very poor communication Main team is friendly but supervisors can be rude at times
