Pros
Rapid growth, they are acquiring new companies to help improve the business and user experience, also to strengthen current products and services. They treat their employees incredibly well and seem to really care about them. New employees have lunch with all of the executives to get to know each other (as a group) which speaks volumes about the culture of the company and how they view their employees. Every person I've met has been friendly and genuinely happy to be there. Other perks like the gym, cafeteria, coffee makers, snacks just add to the employee satisfaction. Flexible hours and work life balance are great too.
Cons
I am too new to have many cons. I've wanted to work at ResMed for a long time and am still thinking myself lucky to be here! I guess I am worried about layoffs. I know a few people who've been laid off in the past for really no apparent reason, which makes me nervous.
