Super low wages with lot of workloads. Job descriptions don’t match up with the actual work situation. When encountering a situation where senior management covers for their subordinates in the workplace, it is really easy to feel a sense of injustice and helplessness. No harmony at work and seem like working in a war place every single day. Senior managers never appreciate the work or effort you put into the work. They only like to cover up their “favourite” subordinates even these workers are useless and do nothing all day!
