      Poor Management, No prospect. Wasted 7 years, HR have no power to talk, supervisor have the most power in company.

      Pros

      Good for retirement. HR good in organised some activity for the staffs (the only good about HR).

      Cons

      Most of the supervisors promote from tech or ea are from one of the senior supervisor. Because those are one who listen to order, so most of the supervisor have no skills to help staffs. Once they don't listen they will be kick out (esp those from tech promote up to supervisor).

      2 canteen which sell Halal & non-Halal

      Cons

      HR teams have been changed many times. No retain of staffs. Workload is high but pay is less than market. Need to have connections with the management before able to promote. Very strict, little rest time <1.5hrs for shift. Force to leave as workload is high and tough. Promotion based on connections.
