your coworkers are AWESOME and free services in-office are a huge plus. flexibility is decent, pay was decent but could be better.
Cons
leadership @ HQ is abominable. frequent layoffs, financial issues, and hiring high paying leadership roles from out of state, using funds for frequent HQ visits instead of paying their in-office employees what they deserve. knowingly mislead franchisees on the cost of opening a franchise. hint: it’s always over 1mil.
