Pros
The internship experience was great in a way where you can get exposure to client projects. You also make some good connections with current and former employees. The employees are friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. You can also learn things from the leader because you will get the chance to work with him directly.
Cons
The company does not have the ability to pay its employees on time, with some employees experiencing payment delays of more than six months. This con alone should turn people away from becoming a permanent staff here. To clarify, this is not a temporary issue due to the pandemic, but an issue lasting for at least two years. The leader does not care about the employees and their opinions. On top of not being able to pay your salary on time, the company also has low wages and terrible benefits. Company morale is understandably low, as most employees are looking for ways out. For a company that aims to create an engaged work environment and reduce workplace turnover, it sure cares little about its own environment and turnover.
