The pay starts off at $15 an hour until "graduation." However, it was never explained that graduation was based on completion of all certifications and not the stated date on the contract.
Unorganized and false representation. Alot of what I was told during the interview process wasn't entirely true. Training was supposed to assist with taking the exams and they didn't. The trainings barely prepared you for the use of Microsoft d365 software. The support needed for this cert just wasn't there. Many of the people who were supposed to assist hadn't even taken the exam and had no experience with the system. So, there was no real idea of the needed materials. There was also, no career development support. Many cohorts sat for days without contact from the company.
The clients were never secured as they were supposed to be after graduation. When you're hired you're told that there would be immediate placement into a job. This was also, false. Many who graduated the program are without clients for weeks and are sitting on their hands. This is horrible due to the two year contract that must be signed. If you void the contract you owe around $30k.
There is little to no interaction with the manager or a team lead like a regular company. You're assigned a random ambassador that is just a liaison between your cohort and "the board" whoever they are.
