Pros
I recommend working for Rice to my friends and family - which should speak volumes. Rice has a core of really hard working partners and management, who seem to understand that treating your employees well makes for a happy work environment, which leads to happy clients. Working here has all the benefits (no seriously, benefits!) of working for a larger corporation/company - while still maintaining that smaller business vibe where your team is also your family, and if/when life happens - it's not just about getting your workload managed while you're gone, it's also about making sure that you, and your family, are okay. Along with the important but now rare benefits that Rice offers to ensure you're healthy and happy while working for them - they also like to throw in fun stuff - simple things like easter egg hunts, early closures, parties, team building events, random gifts/prizes, potlucks, etc...
They're growing rapidly and there are always opportunities to advance within the company - they promote from within and post jobs to their current staff first, before looking elsewhere. This is a great place both to start your career and retire.
Cons
Rice is growing really fast and while that is also a "pro" in terms of potential, it also has some downsides. It's currently really busy, without all of our positions filled - you'll need to be a fast learner and be able to go with the flow while they're continuously making changes to keep up with the fast paced environment. Also, insurance is not fun - you'll need to bring your own sense of humor to get you through the day ;)
