Lots of weak middle managers and incapable project managers are widespread and contribute much to workplace stress and schedule slippage. Too much workload assigned to under staff team and poor project planning by the project manager. Middle and project managers often lack the technical and people skills to make good decision. Micromanagement by incapable managers is prevalent in Rockwell. IT support is below average and sometimes need to wait for days to resolve a simple issue. Management do not really care about employees' career aspiration and there are little opportunities to make career moves within the organisation. Rockwell is a top down management style and do not tolerate deviation from the norm. Quality organisation and work processes in Rockwell has lots of room for improvement. SAP system is making the workplace slower and inefficient.
