Pros
Really don't know. Probably the office is still ok. High turnover creates many opportunities. Chances to travel to US.
Cons
Poor management. Even a principal engineer at quality department knows almost nothing. Some mangers just do things as to show off that they've done a lot but actually none. For many projects, they don't know what are the points. Salary is low. High workload although nothing done.
