      Pros

      People move around fast, 2 to 3 years. Very flexible environment and excellent approach to work/life balance

      Cons

      Little help in career progression, good-old boys network is very strong, not interested in people who want to drive change. Many incompetent people hide in the matrix organization. Mediocrity is tolerated.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
