Pros
Company provides stable employment (at least for white-collar workers), and it is growing, so opportunities open up from time to time. Company offers a decent work environment, some perks, and the HQ is centrally located. Company places high value on being ethical.
Cons
The IT department is beyond horrible. It takes forever to get anything done, with layer upon layer of approvals and paperwork. Everything is outsourced to India, which purports to save money but actually makes everything prohibitively expensive and disfunctional. IT is a major source of frustration to anyone in the company that needs to accomplish anything.
