Slow to move, always last coming out with new products, not innovative any more, weak at career development, just jumps on bandwagon with new paradigms, poor advertising, claims to be after customer intimacy, but has no idea what they need, poor employee training. Just too Milwaukee centric, more concerned about community involvement than customers. Becoming far too PC..
