      Middle management are not competent leaders Promote base on favoritism rather than merits Job security is low Politics at all level No diversity of race. Too many of one particular race and non local.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
