      Pros

      They gave me a lot of liberty to make my own decisions and payed for travels as an intern.

      Cons

      The sector I was working at (Governamental Relations for tax deduction) was being eliminated.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
