Pros
Lots of opportunities to grow. The leaders are open to new ideas and care about their employees . They do important work for important companies in creative and new ways. As a consultant, every day is different; new challenges and new things to learn. The company is fair, open, honest, and flexible. (Provided their is not a client need)
Cons
Very demanding on time and flexibility. As a very client focused company there are no hoops too high. If a client needs something, we deliver. Often at the expense of personal life and other commitments. Outside life is hard to manage when you don't have a solid schedule of when you will be traveling, or when extra time might be needed.
