      My time so far has been great. Everybody is very welcoming and the company does a great job of welcoming individuals from all walks of life. Their values are very progressive and overall it feels like a place I can see myself growing in.

      Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

      Cons

      As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
