Pros

Great atmosphere. Nice discounts. Flexibility.

Cons

Some of the supervisors can be anything BUT helpful. One particular one gives this very initimidating stare when you ask her a question and sometimes she will pretend not to hear you. Supes can sometimes Refuse to take escalated calls, I think that's just plain ridiculous. It is not a job for everyone and it can be challenging sometimes so in my opinion supes should be an absolute backbone. We should be able to count on them not dread everytime we have to ask a question. I never ask a question unless I absolutely have to so looking at me like I am asking you to do the impossible is helping neither of us. Just answer the question!!!

Pros

There are a couple of great people that work here and still care about employees and their development. Office is nice Hybrid schedule

Cons

This used to be such a lovely place to work at. Pay has always been very low but they made up with unlimited PTO, great bosses that genuinely cared about your development, office flexibility and hard work but always respecting work life balance and a hard stop at 5pm. However, with new leadership this place has become a nightmare, everyone is so pressured for results and efficiency that resources have been cut, teams are being made smaller, which means more work on the folks that remain for the same low pay, bad and stressful office vibes, no 401k match, no WFH flexibility at all, long hours way beyond the paid 40 hrs work week, non existent coaching and development as NO ONE has time for it and last but not least getting shamed for requesting PTO.
