      Employee appreciation is demonstrated regularly and acknowledged before your peers. Company loves to promote from within, offering great career advancement opportunities. Compensation is fair and competitive. They provide a company vehicle for business use and take care of all maintenance/fuel costs without requiring reimbursement.

      Cons

      Communication between departments can always be improved. 401k matching isnt the best, but stock purchase options can make up for this.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
